So, I realize for those of you who get go see Micah on a regular basis, this is probably the most boring post ever...so this post is not for you. Rather this post is for the grandparents and close loved ones who wait patiently to see our little guy every so often...mostly for the grandparents. As you can tell in this video, Micah is really starting to find his voice and starting to notice things in front of him. He may not intentionally hit the little bug or sun, but he defintely is noticing them more and more. We are so enjoying his smiles and laughs...and voice. He'll just lay on the bed and just talk and talk...we're not sure what he's saying, but I'm sure he has plenty to tell me!

I start back to work tomorrow. This week has been filled with many 'what-ifs' and 'how is this going to work out?'. Micah has, in the past few weeks, decided he wants NOTHING to do with a bottle. The longest he's been gone from me is 4 hours and he blatently refuses to eat, but he's not mad-unless you offer the bottle, then he screams. We have been praying and honestly I'm not sure what else to do. Another mother hit the nail on the head when she told me its harder on us than it is on them. Sure he'll be hungry if he doesn't eat the whole time, but he wont starve. Jason might have to get some ear plugs if he starts to scream too much, but I have to let go...I can't stay home just because he wont take a bottle. If I feel like I need to stay home full time thats fine, but it wont be because of that...thats taking it a little too far. Overall I feel at peace about work itself, I am looking forward to parts of it and definetly feel blessed to have a job that I enjoy and is so flexible. I will be working 2-10:30 pm, Thursday and Friday. If you think of it, you might lift up an extra prayer for Jason and Micah (and probably my emotions) tomorrow evening!

What a cutie! Loved hearing his voice! How do you get a video that long to load? I can't get anything over a minute to load into a post. Will be praying for you all tonight!

I never get tired of that little guy... :)

Praying for you guys. As I mentioned to Jason, you have a delightful, joyful boy and although it may be a transition, I'm sure it will be a smooth one.

Love you guys and see you soon!

Awww... I love the sound of Micah's voice! Thank you for sharing that precious moment in time.

I'm anxious to hear how everything went with Jason & Micah - and you! God blessed this child tremendously with very patient and loving parents. Praying for you... still and now.

We love and miss you dearly!
