On Sunday Jason took Micah to his first MLB baseball game. They went with Pipaw, a.k.a. Grandpa Stan, and enjoyed a great game. They weren't sure if Micah would last the whole game, and were prepared to leave at a moment's notice. Micah surprised them and did GREAT! Jason said that he was pretty sure that he didn't even notice there was a game on until the 7th inning!
After they got home from the game all of the boys stripped down to diapers and played in the front yard. It was 80+ degrees, so I'm sure the near-naked bodies felt great!
The first day we were there we took a walk to a park down the road from where Jason's mom lives. It was a great park, with a sand box, swings, and slides. The boys enjoyed the park AND the wagon ride. On the way back a backhoe was getting unloaded from a trailer to work on the road. We stopped and watched the backhoe unload. I'm pretty sure it was the highlight of Micah's day!
While we were waiting for Jude to wake up from his nap so he could annihilate some cake we decided to do an egg hunt. Grandma Cindy had gotten these sweet eggs that were decorated to be like a football, soccer ball, and baseball. They were awesome! Micah loved them. It took him a minute to figure out what to look for, but once he got the hang of it he looked forever for them.

This is just another photo of Jude enjoying the sun and the slide @ that super awesome park.
More to come on Jude's birthday, but that deserves a post all in itself!
